1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing PixelVault or acquiring digital assets, you agree to comply with these terms, our license agreement, and applicable intellectual property laws.
2. Ownership and Intellectual Property
PixelVault and its participating creators retain all copyright and proprietary rights to digital assets. When you purchase an item, you receive a license to use the item under our published licensing terms, not full copyright ownership.
3. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your session.
4. Download Rights & Token Security
Download tokens are strictly personalized. Sharing direct download links or attempting unauthorized access to private server files is a violation of these terms and will result in immediate revocation of your entitlements.
